I just found a way to screw everbody else in gothic. what you have to do is have 5+ pieces of raw steel. hold cntrl and hit up rapidly. you make more pieces of glowing steel when you see the guy put nothing in the fire since it gets added to your invintory. then you just sell the swords and make alot of money!  |

Old news. 
What you forgot to say is that you can hardly buy anything useful for ore except a few armors and sklills in chapter 1 and 2.

ya.... THEY NEED TO MAKE MONEY MORE USEFUL!!!!!
like, have some training in swords and stuff not cost skill points, but MONEY! LOTS OF IT! so you feel special... like in morrowind.... yaaa... morrowind....

Two great places to get those materials would be the chest next to Huno in the OC and the one near Darrion in the SC.
