Where to foind Soulstones?
   

I wonder where i can find and buy empty greater soulstones or grand soulstones

There are two grands? (the orange/best ones) I can think of in Tel Fyr also there is a quest for Skink in the Sadrith Mora mages' guild where he sends you to get a soul and gives you two grands and you only need one to complete the quest.

But If you really plan to use a lot of high end souls go to the Shrine of Azura on the south east coast and talk to the statue (the one inside the shrine, not the big one). She will send you on a mission and If you do it right she will give you a reusable soul gem that can hold at least 400 pts.
Oh yeah, take a grand soul gem on the mission you can fill it up no problem.
