I'm sure there are probably loads out there, but try here;

There is a list of links including other forums and the official site for Pirahna Bytes.

I haven't visited any other Gothic forums myself. The people here at RPGDot seem very friendly and they are always very quick to lend a hand if you get stuck. I never felt the need to stray yet.
