Gamespy previews inXile's Bard's Tale |
|
Gamespy has posted a preview of inXile's Bard's Tale RPG. Their article takes of as humurous as follows
Part Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance, part Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, and part Curb Your Enthusiasm: that's inXile's The Bard's Tale in a nutshell. It sounds like a wacky combination…and it pretty much it is, but it's a recipe that should delight action-RPG fans that are looking for a tight adventure that's sure to induce numerous bouts of sidesplitting laughter.
|

I never played the original bard's tale but I kind of wish inxile went more rpg and less adventure. _________________ Vegitarian is the Indian word for lousey hunter. |

The game looks nice enough. As long as it has some RPG elements (a GOOD story please...) and decent pacing, I wouldn't mind if it's action oriented. I hope it would be something like a Divine Divinity, a mix of hack & slash with RPG elements _________________ The world is small, nasty and complicated, and everybody dies alone... - Sam Fisher |

I did play the original Bard's tale and there was nothing funny about it. I don't need humor in my games unless I buy them for that reason. _________________ So What! |
