Intelligence Boosting -- Need Help

Question -- How does one boost intelligence to very high levels so as to enchant items without breaking them? I think I need to get to the 1000+ level to make the items I wish without failure.

I use potions and made a 100 point boost spell, but this only gets me to the mid 250 range. How do I go higher?

Constant effect Fortify Attribute on shirt, pants, skirt, complete suit of heavy armor, tower shield, weapon, 2 rings and an amulet. That's 16 items of varying capacity, but I'm sure average would be around 15 points. Which is 250+ points of Intelligence. Add to that your base (which I'm assuming is 100) and 100 point potion for total of 450+. BTW, can't you stack potions?
