Where can i find Goblin Berries and Snapper Weeds?
I have already taken the Goblin berries by Lobart's farm.

They're all over the whole world. Also depends if you have standard G2 or G2+add-on, some locations vary then. Easiest is to go to JoWood homepage, and then check on german gameplay forums, all the maps are there, for add-on and also standard G2.

You can also check this site for maps and G2 information. It's in german, though, but if you understand it, then it's easy 
EDIT: Forgot to add, if you do not understand german, then the link to maps on that site is at the bottom of the left hand menu, button is labelled "Karten".
