Who teaches rune-making for paladins?

Im at the end of Chap 5 as a paladin, got my blank rune and tears of innos but everytime I go to the table it tells me : Not enough resources
Then I looked at my skills and realized I dont have rune-making and never met anyone who would offer to teach me...

So in a fit of rage I threw my Eye of Innos into Lake Khorinis and sailed off onto chapter 6 anyway! (Xardas sends it back to you in a 'Strange Yellow Stachel' laying on the alchemy table along with a letter highlighting how stupid you are).

Do I have to update my sword with the ToI before making the rune?
Is it too late to get in chap 6 (Im thinking yes, cause I have Milten and Vatras and neither one offering to train me the skill)
So my crew and captain are loaded and ready to ship to chap 6, any help?

If I'm correct the paladins get their runes from the mages when they've done something to serve the people.

In the house in which you can find Lord Hagen there is a paladin (Albert ?), he’s standing close to the door behind a desk, he teaches the paladin-magic, depending on the chapter, in which you are.

Paladins can not learn how to make runes ecxept the only one rune that teleports them to the secret chamber where the heavy armor of paladins is.
But now a new question borned:did anubody tried as a mage to make that rune and get the heavy paladin armor????

You can make the teleport rune without having learned to make runes. You need to have read the book in the library (I think), which also lists the ingredients you need.
You need a blank runestone and holy water to create the teleport rune.

You need to reconsecrate your sword with the tears of Innos at that small chapel in the Monastery before you go. Doesn't have to be before you get the armor. Just do it before you leave.

@BtB

Since the formula for the rune only shows up in the almanac at ch 5, and the alamac is class specific, then no, mages can't learn the teleport rune and get the heavy paladin armor.

Ok then, where can I find holy water?
No one is selling it at the end of chap 5
And Im not hitting the island without it, so if there is a line command I can use to insert it in game, I'll take that option as well (although I'd rather find it in-game) I only found holy water once in the game and I sold it to one of a dozen vendors...
