How to edit Skills
   

Just for info: To edit skills, go to console- under edit abbilites, type hitchance and numbers 1= one handed weapons, 2= twohanded weapons, 3= Bow,4= crossbow. Just set in increments of 30% all the way to 90%(master). Haven't tried to see what 0 is.

You can also insert the character helper (ch) in the console.

Don't think that is really a great fun.
Asking questions is still OK. Anyhow maybe you have different perception of fun. So,... have fun.
