My pick of those three would have been Arx because a) I generally don't like Fantasy games with birdie-view midgets, b) I generally don't like Fantasy games with parties , and c) Arx was so much like Ultima Underworld (and other Looking Glass gems) that I just HAD to love it. But since this is about what you like, I assume DD will be a good choice.

To pick some game of the list, I would say Arx. For a bit of Belgian pride, I would also choose DD.
