what do i need to be able to fix panel cant figure out how to open it to fix it any help apreciated |

Walk around to the back and fix the wires.

iwalked behind it no wires exposed thats is why though had to take panel off |

You have to present a pass to it. It will then short out and blow the back panel off.

i presented a pass to it and it said waring failure please return to athourized service center want aroud back still a pannel in place |

Hmm. Have you received the training quest From Balbrak yet? Also, if I remember, it won't work right if you use the hand pointer. You have to grab the level 3 pass out of inventory (the pass will be the pointer now) and click it on the square section of the panel. I had the same trouble as you my first time thru the game, but I don't remember for sure what I was doing wrong and what I did to fix it. I've already passed that point without any problem this time thru. If these thoughts don't get it done, kick me again and we'll see if my memory gets better.
