Where do I get the Orc Hammer?

I don't even know where to start looking for this thing. Help?

on the way from the old to the sect camp, you see a bridge to your right (When you cross it you see black goblins).
Don't cross the bridge but go further, kill lizards and turn right upwards. Your above the bridge. Kill some bloodhounds and turn in a outher path to your right and backwards, there is a cave with a door there.
Inside you find the orc hammer.

If you see the bridge golom you have gone to far.
