I have to train magic now or what?

So Im running around grabbing focus stones, I get to the mountain fortress, kill everything im supposed to kill, get everything im supposed to get.. well almost. Basically, the baal there gives me a scroll of telekenesis to get the stone with, problem is, i dont have enough mana points to use it! My max mana is 7, i need 10 to use the scroll. This is an outrage! Ive been putting all my points into combat, i had no idea id have to have 10 mana to complete a quest. Is there any other way to get the stupid rock or am i going to have to run back to the camp and waste points training some stupid magic so i can use the friggen scroll once?

You have two choices:

1. Meatbug crawl.

2. Jump from a higher spot onto the platform.

Or you can cheat...

Enable Marvin mode and type cheat god in console.
