If you want cheapest and still very good solution buy GForce3 Ti 200.
If you want very strong, but still not too much expensive solution buy GForce4 4200 (not MX).
If you want best card avalaible, buy GForce4 4600.

I would go with a Geforce 3 Ti 200. With your processor, faster cards don't make sense, because the processor will be the bottleneck. If you have money left, upgrade RAM to 512, if you haven't that much.

I really like my Geforce 4 Ti 4400. You can get one for about $220. It's overkill for my Pentium III 933 system but it will still be viable for a couple of years and when I upgrade my CPU.

Geforce 4200

For the same price of the Geforce 3 Ti 200, you can get a Geforce 4 Ti 4200, that is a better card. If you can wait about half a month, then you can get one. There is a guy who is taking preorders at mixpc.com

Stay away from the Geforce 4 MX line as they will not support the future Direct X 8.X versions from M$
