Question about Safe-Disc Patch Use with Morrowind Mods

Does anyone know a way to use Morrowind Mods and the Safe Disc Patch at the same time. The patch works great for frame rates but when I start Morrowind I no longer get a choice to activate certain mods. Any help would be appreciated.

Try using the Morrowind Launcher icon, check on the plug-ins you want and then start up. Exit out and then use your no-cd exe. The plug-ins should fire up.
