I found a little trick. you all probably know it... but when you raise a misc skill... (not by training, by using it enough to increase it) it wont count toward leveling, but you will still get the x# bonus for the skill! so for example you raise acrobatics 10 points, (as a misc skill) and say... Athletics as a misc skill 10 points, and then raise speechcraft or something 10 points (as a secondary or primary skill) and VIOLA! you get x5 on 3 SKILLS! and it all only counts as one level up! i found it very easy to max out all stats (str, end, etc.) all but luck to 100, using this trick. Did anyone else know about this?
