Since i installed the last patch everytime i wanna start the
game asks to put the original cd in my cd trailer.
Problem: i got a cd-writer & a cd-reader ( D: and E
So I put the cd in trailer D: and restart the game. Same message
So I put the cd in trailer E: and restart the game. Same message
Possible problem: my version is the english one & the patch was german
So I always get the message: Bitte legen Sie die Original - Spiel - CD in ihr
CD-ROM Laufwerk und starten sie Gothic erneut.
a) plz don't transalte this sentence, i know what this mean
b) i got/bought the original cd's
c) if no clue, how could i 'undo' the patch |

Lol, why did you patch v1.08j English with the older version v1.08h German?
The solution is simple: Uninstall Gothic and the patch, reinstall and only if you need it install patch 1.08k. You can find it on GothicDot. _________________ Webmaster GothicDot |
