I don't know if this is general knowledge or not, but I had a good laugh when I was recruiting people to the ship. I talked to Diego and told him to join me, he went inside and took his armor on. Then I told him that I didn't need him anymore (by accident and right out side his house) and in the next second I had a change of heart and said to him that he should join me. Guess what! He went inside and came out in his not-to-sexy underweare. Great fun if you're board for the moment.

Happened to me, too. It takes, however, far longer than to cheat him out of it  . And if there's one I'd rather cheat out of his clothes, it's Lord Andre (and well, I did).

You can strip the seekers too if you use Marvin 
I had fun with this once, I took the clothes from Hilda and puttet them on Canthar..when I saw him in town next time I had a good laugh

Wait, what am I saying? Maybe you can't take off the elites armors, but I guess you can put on them armor, how does a citizen male/female armor sounds?
I putted Xardas' armor on an orc once...try it..they looks REALLY stupid |
