As of now the first user created Mod is out;

"The armor is released through a script. Once the player has 3000 gold on his head from crime, a bounty hunter is sent to claim the bounty. When the Player sleeps with this gold on his head, there is a chance that his sleep will be interupted by the bounty hunter."
So, once you have a certain amount of debt to crime on your head, a bounty hunter may interrupt you while you sleep. You can then kill him and take his new armour.

I doŽnt get this. How do I use it? I canŽt open the files. Wich program do I need? You said mod doŽnt you need the game?
