Caldera Ebony mine Redoran quest
   

How in the flyinghell do i stop the mining? I freed all the slaves. wtf

Freeing one of the slaves in a hut above ground near the guard tower stops the mining for a couple days, or so the journal says. I didn't have the quest when I did it though.
