How much dexterity required to pickpocket most of the time?

I just got 30 dex and finished the Blood Chalice quest but now I'm trying to pickpocket everyone I can and I just isn't working. Should I do it at night or something?

Does "inaf" mean "enough"?

To Lysander - Yes.
50 Dexterity is not enough to pickpocket everyone in the game. Worst I found was Diego and I needed over 110 to pickpocket from him.
Btw. some of the pickpocketing options appear only if You have a certain quest (gate guard in old castle for example). Normally pickpocket option appears when Your dex is high enough but that does not always mean You will succeseed.
