Soul Gems at Max Value per Level

I am tring to come up with a FAQ for the max value a soul gem you can make at all levels, and what kind of creature to trap in order to get to that value. Here is what I finout so far:

petty: 200 with cliff racer
lesser: 600 with skeleton minion
common: 4000 with Ancestrol Ghost
great: 6000 with bonelord
grand: 80K with Golden Saint.

If anyone find a greater value, please post back.

Is there a good place to hunt Golden Saints or is there only a set number of them? I've gone through four but I've yet to capture a soul.

You can buy scroll/spell to sommon GS.

on the petty gems, one of the one you can get already charged has a skeleton warrior - value 400 in it. I haven't found one of those to trap, but skeletons and skeleton archers are value 300.
