I hate to be a Ranger, when I attack somebody and he fight back then you can,t do anyting this is the same for a mage, bud bining a mage is cool ( they armor just rocks).

I like being a Ranger, myself. My favourite weapon is the crossbow, seconded only by one-handed weapons -- which I like 'cause of their fast speed. I tend to dance around slower things and cut them up with ease.
I spent a lot of time building Strength and Dexterity with my ranger character though and the funny thing is is that I can stand still and use my bow to take out enemies whilst barely taking any damage and this is good, since the bow does more damage by far.
It dosn't work with Orcs because they attack too damned hard and fast but with everything else, Razors, OrcDogs, Shadowbeasts, etc, it works fine. It's always great for shits and giggles just to taunt a shadow beast up to you and to take him out close range with the Crossbow. |

Even the Sleeper takes just a few hits with the Crossbow of War before kicking the bucket... provided you strip him of his protection
Don't try this at home...

No, you don't have to, but you can kill him if you edit his abilities. Not that it would do you any good...

Well, I prefer mage because it's more of a challange, and because I really like to develop magic skills/spells.
Being a warrior is pretty boring because it is too easy after the 1st time through the game.
Same goes for ranger, because he ends up as a warrior in the end(with mastery of the two-handed weapons, and 80-90 in strength). |
