where in new camp can i raise my strength

im in capter 5 and i bought a 100damage 2hand sword but i need 4 more strenght points and i have 5 skill points to use

but where in new camp can i raise my strenght/dex

what is the name of the guy that can do that for me?

And for an extra strenght you could visit Horatio(paesant in the fields).

Visit Horatio (a pesant)
talk to him, he vill ask you what you will do with strn for
to get the right alternative you must talk with the guy behind
the bar.
