Balmora Xpansion?

I was wondering today, with all the clutter in Balmora already, where are modders going to put new shops and guilds? So I came up with this expansion idea. People with these same concerns could get together and put together what would be an 'east balmora district' I already know of a spot that would not cause any conflicts. I know this is a real possibility considering the need for more roleplaying mods, as the house mods seem to be taken care of. This could be a place where modders could sell thier new weapons or house their new guilds. Tell me what you think

Great Idea

That sounds very good idea. I'm not good at the editor, I would help if I knew anythign useful but I don't. I'd like to help in creating ideas, or the planning out of this Xpansion.

Maybe this time the creators of this Xpansion could make the town more alive? Whats missing is a vibrant atmosphere of a market. Imagine those streetcarts that sell things like in Aldruhn, except on a far larger scale.
