final Island Stuck

Iam on the final island I killed the gold dragon in the chamber past the secret door from the orc colonel. Now I have to try to jump or get across this chasm to the other side. I tried tiptoing along the right side of the wall on a ledge but after a certain point I fall off. I even used Marvin to fall to the bottom but when I walk around there I think I am in an area that is not meant to be for players. The walls are screwy and I can see the ship floating in space with weird graphics. I don't have any levitate spells or anything like that. I am a paladin with only a couple spells but I can't fly or anything like that.

Help please on how to get across the chasm. I tried jumping across but I can't reach. Thanks in advance.

Get your bow or crossbow and aim at the two towers on the other side target the switch i think you have to shoot the left one first then the right one.

If you bring Diego along you can ask him for some hints if you get stuck somewhere.

The order in which you shoot the switches doesn't care. It also doesn't make any difference if your a rookie shooter or a master, so don't worry about that. You'll hit them no matter what

If you don't have a bow or crossbow, there's one conveniently located in a chest nearby. They think of everything!!

Even if you are an extreme fanatic mage with only 10 points in dexterity and no
potions&goblin berries to rise it up?How much dex needs that bow?And does the Tears of Innos give dex. points to a mage if he drinks it?

I'm pretty sure it's a short bow that only needs 10 dex.

I think it is a longbow and needs 20 dex to use, the tears of innos give you an extra 5 STR and DEX.

I have the impression that you can find a bow (any bow) after the towers you have to shoot at.Anyway.If I am wrong have more questions.
Is the chest you find the bow is closed and you dont have any lock picks?
If you dont have any arrows can you find them also or buy them from Bennet if he has and he is in your crew?

I think Tears of Innos actually gives dexterity. But I can't remember
By the way, Diego sells arrows?

The tears give +5 str and dex, completely heal you and acts as a speed potion.

Actually I think the one chest that's unlocked holds the bow, not sure about that. Guess you better figure on buying a few in ch 5 just be sure if you're out.

Diego supposed to sell ammo, but never asked him.
