Sadrith Mora: The Haunted Gateway quest
   

Theres a room in the INN that is haunted and you need to try and dispose of it. You end going to the council and the person there tells you to find a Conjuration Expert. You end up going to the Mage Guild and talking to the person there that might possibly be the person creating the ghost. Well that person denies anything and I havent been able to get any further. Any suggestions?

Maybe if he liked you better he would talk to you. My reputation with the mages guild is pretty high and I am a member so I never had a problem getting an answer from him.

Yeah, you need a high rep. Then, the person will admit to it, and give you some papers for the innkeeper. As a side note, read the papers (drag them on you in the inven menu), as they are funny as hell lol
