I need a poetry book, where?

I need a poetry book as a gift for 'Zubasha' in Ald-rhun, but nobody in that city wants to barter with me, the bookseller included. Everibody says I have the 'Zenithar' mark and does not want to barter. How can I get rid of that mark? Or where can I get such book?
Thx.-

never heard of that..wierd..what was your last quest? need more info. It might be a disease or curse. Try to find cure common and blight disease potion. Or try bribing/speechcrafting people to like you

Well... you could steal it. Or you could try to provoke the bookseller into attacking you and kill him. Or just kill him if you don't care about the consecuences. Or try Jobasha's Rare Books in Vivec.
I know a poetry book name is one that starts with "Words of...." can't remember full name.

Did you agree to deliver some shirts to a person? Until you do that, you will have the mark and you will not be able to receive services from the locals.

I just stole it and gave it to him. He didn't seem to care - he was just happy to get the book.
