| Blood Chalice from Judge W/O pickpocketing? |
|
Hey, every thread about the blood chalice quest talks about pick pocketing. I'm just doing this quest now at level 15 (still in chaper one) and I have yet to learn pickpocketing. I realy don't want that wasted skill so can I complete the quest without it?
PS. I have the other five chalices and got them by just killing people who spot me and taking it. So far so good, no sneak or anyting, just lockpicking and my sword. |

pickpocketing IS NOT wasted skill points, it's very useful skill, the sooner you learn it, the sooner it pays off. and no, as far as i know you HAVE to pick pocket to get the judges key

I wish you could kill the judge, he is invincible!
I'm level 15 and have 71 strength and I'm a 70% master in one handed, using the orc slayer and can't put a dent in him! |

Pickpocketting is one of the most usefull skills in the game.
In the beginning, you'll find yourself with 2000 gold with nothing to spend it on. But gold isn't the only possession you can steal. You get keys, maps, potions etc etc.
And the extra gold will come in handy through the middle of the game. |

I doubt he has enough LP to learn pickpocketting. Don't you know he's only in Chapter 1 and has 70 STR and 70% 1h? |

hmm
I picked up a blood chalice on a fireplace in one of the rooms near the 2 arm chairs. That room also has some gold stuff on it... I used the stealth mode thing whatever it's called.
What's the blood chalice for anyway?
And where can I learn pickpocket? |

"Stealth mode thing" = sneaking.
The chalice is part of a set of six for a quest for the thieves' guild leader, Cassia.
You can also learn how to pickpocket from Cassia. |

I have neither sneaking nor pickpocketting skill, but I could still steal that chalice in day time. lol.
