Standee. Papiermache standee. A thing you stand in a store to attract buyers. The same pic you posted is on the Gothic standee I got at home. And yes, they left a lot out of the final game.

Sort of. You need a chapter 2 savegame and have to insert the band onto the stage in the OC.
