I found one along time ago (actually very hard to find). It is only good for 1.15. As far as I am concerned; I never had the problems adressed in 1.16 and 1.17. It will not work for version 1.16 or 1.17.

Use a simple easy to use memory editor from Seal2 off the Net. It is free and changes any stats in game while it is running then save it. Seal 2 is freeware memory editor and is N00b friendly as they come.

My personal favorite for a Mage is the Incenerate spell; blows them up real good always. Best spell in the game.
