Have you given the list to leader( forgot his name). It's the list from the old mine. Get it for diago old camp, leader ajust it and then give it to diago.
Maybe this helps

Each camp needs to be impressed by you to let you join them.

Once decided what camp you want to join, ask around and you will encounter people that tells you who you need to talk to get respected around here.

In Old Camp you will probably get the best tips from Grim, but also Diego and Gravo can probably help you out. Talk to everyone, and solve all their quests for them.
To finally join Old Camp you need to give Diego the list from the mine.

In New Camp you will need to impress Lares, get to him with the help of Mordrag.

To finally join New Camp you need to give Lares the list from the mine.

In Sect Camp you need to impress at least four of the five Baal's (NetBek not included). Each baal have their way they can be impressed, and you will learn how by talking to others.

* Keep Notes
* Check your missions
* Talk to Everyone

There is very little brainstruggle within this game, its more about talking to the right people, asking them all you can, and then do what they say.

Best Regards
JemyM
