I thought you were told that this witness had left - you could try the other site where most of the murders took place |

Sorry that was far too vague and I couldn't find an edit button - You SHOULD try the place where the other murders took place (i.e. the Foreign Canton) |

When I finally found the lady, nothing in the conversation would make her attack me. I wound up just attacking her and then kiling her to find the armor and the dagger of the killer. It was her, and the quest was solved, but was there a way to get her to confess for her crimes? _________________ T®îßã£Måñ

Hm, been a while, but:
there is a bookstore(?) somewhere in some canalworks (foreign quarters?). IIRC, the NPC there gives you a hint about that woman (canalworkers saw a woman down in the underworks). After that, the woman attacked me on sight. I don't think that you'll ever get her to confess. |
