Shrine of Malacath, where the heck is it?

I was wandering around the northern part of the map, and ran into this shrine while fooling around.. After summoning the Daedra and listening to his little quest, I actually ran into the NPC for the quest and completed it... but now I can't remember where the bloody "Shrine of Malacath" is to talk to him again.

The whole quest was supposed to be for some hat, I'd really be interested in just finishing it. Could it possibly be in Ashurnabitashpi? I saw a simular altar in there, but couldn't talk to him... maybe it was because I stole the gems on his little dias?

being as i"m having trouble standing up right now, my info may not be 100% reliable...but malacath isn't on the map. It's on one of the islands off the northern coast...a large one...and the ruins are near the coast. It's worth it...the helmet adds 40 agility and endurance permanently.

Thanks for the replies, and yeah, the helmet is killer. 40 to those stats as a constant effect and over 100 AC. Awesome. (actually I think it's like almost 130) The graphic is pretty neat too.

3x your heavy armor skill that is. at level 100, it will give 300 AC. that's considerably better than ebony which is 2x skill...even ignoring the enchantment.
