Is there a good reason to keep Mud around?

Putting up with him is a major pain in the arse.

The last time I played, he tried following me along the castle wall, and fell (stupid homo), and of course died (it was over an hour since I had last saved and I didn't want to reload)... Which put my 30+ hours of dealing with him into futility.

Has anybody not killed him before beating the game? Maybe he finds a secret area in the Orc Temple or something?

Rofl' he fell to his death? I would have loved to see that. I beat him down once, and he left me alone after that..

I haven't killed him, ever, but he never did anything useful.

No, DzD, I punched him once, but I didn't beat him down, either.

I punched him with my bare fists, and only once. No, he didn't go down, I wasn't very strong then. He just ran away.

Whereas *I* prefer to use him for crossbow target practice.

After the demo I just avoided him. I never talked to him once.

I really liked the +0 experience that came up after his Instant Beatdown.

You might keep him around as additional armor.

I'm not sure if you can bring the sucker into the Sleeper's temple or not, but it would be fun to chicken-fight with him on the pillar above that very, very large chasm [/code]
