Enchant question
   

Does anyone know what determines how many enchantment points you can put on an object? It seems to be tied to the value of the item, or maybe the material. Most common items like clothing and normal weapons seem to give me less than 5 points, pretty worthless. The best I've found so far is 20 from an extravagant robe, but even that isn't really enough to make a powerful item. I assume that my enchant skill might improve this? So far it seems very hard to make powerful items unless you can find powerful items to put the enchantments on.
