Spellbreaker shield
   

Has anyone found this Spellbreaker? I checked it in the Construction Set, and it lies in the Dwemer Ruin of Bthuand, north of Vvardenfell, between Ahemmusa and Ursilaku, but still when I finally able to visit the ruin, the shield is nowhere to be found. Perhaps there's some quest that I don't know?
