/me collapses on the floor

FINALLY! I can have a life again! I've beaten this game and I can LIVE!!!

Afterthoughts:

1) Cool stuff (like the allmighty Breath of Death) comes too late sometimes. Didn't get to powertrip enough, I guess

2) Urizel's Wave of Death was a disappointment. 200 HP damage and it takes THIS long to pump out? Ahem.

3) Spell management is a pain in arse. Given that you need a very diverse arsenal at any given moment, 10 hot keys just don't cut it.

4) The Sleeper lacked the proverbial umph. Really nice creature design, but he just sat there and slept, now come on! If he could knock Xardas out, he could surely give me at least a big-bad-guy speech instead of just summoning the demon lords silently.

5) Orcs rule. This is one of the best rendition of them ever. And Orc-lands are a gem.

6) MORE NAKED WOMEN PLEASE! (preferrably with a speech capability).

OK, now I'm off to bed. Finally, after days of two-hour naps, I can get some righteous snooze in. Yawn... just call me KRUSHAK...

Are you sure that one key for last spell and seven hotkeyes for different spell are not enough?

I am not sure why you felt the need for so many spell slots either. I really only used 2 spells on anything like a regular basis.

Grrrr... I meant 7 hot keys, not 10, but you knew that

As for what I used. My usual map out was:

4 - Fist of Wind (later Breath of Death)
To attack opposition with high resistances.

5 - Chain Lightning
To stop low/mid-level swarmers like Orcdogz and Razorz.

6 - Firestorm
Mainstay projectile attack until I got BoD.

7 - Pyrokinesis/Ball Lightning/Misc Spell 1
More often than not I mapped Light to this one

8 - Rain of Fire (later Uriziel Wave of Death)
To combo against high-level swarmers with Wave of Ice.

9 - Wave of Ice
To combo against high-level swarmers.

10 - Misc Spell 2
Teleportation, Death to Undead, summons or healing.

I had most of the bases covered most of the time, but sometimes you walk into an unknown area with monsters that may or may not be resistant to some of your attacks, and having a certain spell ready may mean life or death. Orc Lands come to mind: you have Orc hunters and scouts that can safely be picked off with Pyrokinesis and platoons of fighters and warriors that require Wave of Ice/Rain of fire combo...

Plus, having to look into the inventory every time you need to remap is tedious. Especially since your current spell may be on top, and the spell you need to map is on the very bottom.

Maybe a good solution could be borrowed from Max Payne. There, weapons are grouped by type (shotguns, handguns, SMGs...). You use the number key to select the weapon group and then the mouse wheel to select the particular weapon in the group. Worked nicely...

Agreed, only there could be a problem if ur like me and you buy practically every weapon.....then in the #1 slot, the list of weapons would go off the screen...lol
