Blademission, Talk to Sharn ga-Muzgob

I got the mission by caius cosadius that i should talkt to Sharn ga-Muzgob (the orc in the mage guild in balmora) but shes not there, do i have to trigger some event to meet her ?

I had that problem my first time as well.

try this while standing where she should be

open the console (the ~ key)

type
placeatpc "her name",1,1,1
