I would like to edit a movie file with virtual dub but all I want to do is remove a few scenes from a movie, not change the video or audio settings. Unfortunatly, virtual dub doesnt leave the settings as default and when I go to save the file after editing it, I end up with like a 2 gig file when the default size is only 300. I do not know which video and audio compression these movies use and I don't want to change it seeing as the quality and sound is perfect. Is there anyway to just cut clips from the file but keep the audio and video the same?
