When i got the oblivion scroll from some guy (can't remember name)
I used it on that theif that stole from a merchant and it worked but when i got back to that guy who gave me the scroll he just asked if i had used it well or for nothing. The quest is still in my "current quests" so what shall i do to complete it???  |

Did you just use the scroll or knocked out the guy before it?

I think it does. I always knock someone first, that's why he asked you if you've just wasted it.
At any rate, there's a bug that (sometimes) causes the situation you mentioned. if you really want to finish this quest, just get some more oblivion scrolls and use them when you need them. after a few scrolls, there should have been new conversation option with Ignaz that completes the quest. |

It's actually best if you used oblivion on someone NOT in the harbor district or upper quarter. I suggest using it on constantino after knocking him out, and while you're at it, raid his chest so you can complete a future mission with ease (for Cassia) |
