Various Questions and comments....

I'm a dragon hunter....how do I finish Dar's quest? The Show Off one. How is it even possible to make alot of money as a mercenary/dragon hunter if you're not employed by Harad? Sure you get little donations here and there, but everyone is asking a ton of money from you in return. Especially when it comes to buying various dragon hunter armors. I also never understood why they made all but goblin skeletons have godly damage and strength. Their bones would break before they could ever lift those two handers. And yes they do have godly strength and damage. I could summon two or three skellies and they could take down a dragon no sweat or even a black troll. Also the Eye of Innos was supposed to help me regain some of my lost power. I didn't gain anything from it. What was Xardas going on about? More comments and questions to come when I can think of more. Thanks in advance.

sorry i cant help you i just started the game few days ago. i just thought that doing another thread with basics questions would be pointless so ill post mine here.

Im in Khoronis and just made apprentice for Bowsner, I thinking of going the Paladin's way. If i train with the militia can i still get into the thieves guild?
I wanna be mainly a sword man but if i train a bit in bow does that mean learning points lost for being a master at sword? or even fully train at sword i can spare LP here and there? Im a citizen and thorben still doesnt trust me to teach me lockpicking.... what happens if i kill the guy in frotn of the bar in the harbour distric cuz i dont wanna pay him? Ill prolly have more question but id rather post them then reading walkthroughs.... i a huge morrowind fan and i bought the 400 pages guide with the game so it spoiled it a bit for me i wanna get through this game without too much help just for satsfaction and accomplishement

Okay. You don't have to kill Moe the guy in front of the bar. Have him chase you until you both are in front of the city guard standing up the path that leads to the Harbor district....let Moe hit you once and the guard will intervene and attack Moe until he falls to the ground unconcious. Obviously loot Moe before the guard can and follow Moe until he is out of view of the guard then give him a good whack but don't kill him. Then talk to him and he won't ever bother you again. You have to do Matteo's quest to get Thorben to trust you to teach you lockpicking. And yes you can have bow and sword skills. I prefer crossbow though. Does more damage in the end and requires less dex in the long haul. If you are hurting for money though I suggest you become Harad's apprentice. I'm not sure money is an issue for a militia man or Paladin though.

Mateo didnt gave me a quest now i can only ask to see his wares.....he did mention having his stock stolen by the militia.. but what good is it for me to cast sleep on the gard in front of the storage area if i dotn have the lockpick skill.........
