When Pyrokar lets you go in to open the book "the halls of Irdorath". You can't get in there untill chater 5.

and inside u will find tears of innos wich will give u 50 mana (?), or something special

Nope, Tears of Innos give a permanent +5 to Dex and Str and it also works as a Potion of Speed.
