Have major problem.
First off I killed Shrike. Mission is still current 
I'm in chapter 3 and I am a guard of the OC and I have currently started to search for the 4 other focus stones. All I have for current quests is the 4 focus stones and shrikes hut. I try to talk to gorn and only have "END" as option. Also if I try to talk to Lares his guards will not let me by since I am one of Gomez guys.
What can I do to be part of the NC?
What do I do to correct my problem with Shrike hut?
I hope I don't have to start all over. But if I have to oh well. I will only be a better man if I do

If you kill Shrike that quest is stuck. It doesn't matter though since it's only worth xp.
You can't join the New Camp at this stage of the game, but you can later. |

joining the new camp at the start isnt as good as joining the old camp in my opinion any way.

To be parts of different camps is what makes this game so fun to replay.
I dont join OC just to have an easier start. I joined OC because as a n00b to the game (1st time), OC feels comfortable, they greet you with at least semi-kindness (as kind as prisoners can get) and plus its all I knew when I played the demo 300+ times waiting for retail. Now that I've finished the game, I only replay with templar and NC but I do with real roleplay.
I start game with NC frame of mind and start lots of trouble in OC (refuse to pay ore, Rob people, give bad answers, betray Diego and give the list to Lares)
or I play with SC frame of mind
*I am a holy warrior, OC are infidels!!
*I will honor the sleeper and become ultimate templar (hehe)
Plus, its like playing the game brand new 3 times in a row
Oh yea to your first message, if Shrike is dead, you just failed a mission and are now considered a murderer of NC members :sad:

I think the key is to finish the Focus Stone test. After you give the stones to the water mages, you will be banned from the old camp. Then you can join the new camp.
I think that's how it went. |

well, regardless, he's gonna be NC
If you want to START out as new camp, you cant kill mordrag and you must follow him to town, from there you can see lares.
Also, you dont kill shrike, just beat his ass and then hammer your name on the plaque on the hut wall |
