just pondering as i sit and listen to the rain on my window, about the skill system used in Morrowind. I have yet to use the editor, apart from loading it up once to peek at it, but i am wondering if it is possible to limit the major/minor/misc skills as follows:
major - 100 max
minor - 75 max
misc - 50 max
