Where can I Buy Mistmare right now, especially in Germany ?

Hello,

I�ve heard that mistmare is already available in the U.K, and i want to get the english Version of it here in Germany. Has anyone a link for a site which already ships the game ?
Furthermore, on www.arxeltribe.com it is stated that the game is out now and that you can order it on their website, does anyone know If they ship it already if you order it via their website ?
