| partition your damn hard drive. put your os on c: and all your data on d:. then if u have to reinstall your OS or have problems with it..it will not conflict with your data. plus it makes your OS runs ... |

| RAM is a key to speed. people seem to think the processor is everyhing. well its shit without suffecient ram. specially games. i would get a stick of 512. ddr ram if you can afford it. |

| my advice..GET MORE RAM. try 512. more if you can afford it. ddr if you can afford it. and of course video drivers are always a must..specially with nvidia cards. |

| its possible your 3d card sucks ASS or needs to be updated (drivers). if you have a nvidia card go to http://www.nvidia.com and download the detonator drivers. also..try posting in the technical help ... |

| i must say gothic has a lot of emotion. of course some of the dialogue is pretty bad the fact that they talk instead of text really gives this game a real REALISTIC feel. which is why i was so adicted ... |
