I've done the same thing. Lost the key to 15. Did you ever resolve it? Did you manage to pick the lock?

Just got out of the Council meeting and I am trying to talk to Erzog in the prison, but it is locked and none of my keys seem to open the porticulis. What am I doing wrong? Please help.
