I see a notable performance increase, however this driver has slight (not really annoying) problems with realtime shadows in Morrowind.
Make sure you deinstall the previous drivers with a utility b ... |

Sorry, HorseCrap. The GF4ti4200 is faster, with or without PixelShader. Read up on some benchies.
Sorry ? when did I say the mx440 was faster then the ti4200 ?

You should/REALLY YOU MUST!!! use the
Memory interleave enabler. and dont forget to install the
agp gart so u enable your agp "turbo" mode

and I get "stable" 40fps indoors(sometimes more but not lower)
outdoors is hard to describe. But I have 17-22fps in vivec and balmora.
