i am in chapter 4.. killed 2 dragons.. (the swamp one and the ice dragon).. but the dragon hunters wont teach me how to take dragon blood or scales.. I tryed talked to every one .. (by the river ...

you did well freeing Rengaru when you join thief's and learn their's secret sign go speak to him he'll give you +2 dex
to find sewers go to harbour jump into water and swim right you'll find the door ...

seems i just had to read the fish note and then talk to the fish dealer.. now i got a key from a man behind the fish shop.. tnx for the help... is it for the sewer? and where do i find the sewer?

One problem though.. i did the Jora quest.. the one where rengaru is thief and let him go.. i did this before i knew i would need to report him in to become a thief.. also i am pretty sure i did the B ...
