I tried with bow but even after 50 Arrows he wasn't dead (I'm really bad at Bow )

Hi
Can i kill the Bandits at Light House if i'm Level 3?
Should i wait ?
I tried several times but even if they are badly wounded they still mange to kill me
i know it maybe a stupid question b ...
